Everybody should have known by now that LANGSUIR has their own site. I was proposing
to Batara to make another unofficial homepage of LANGSUIR, the most self-adored
Malaysian band, and he said, ".. let's make it official". And here it is..
I'll be collecting some news from Batara from time to time, so please bookmark
this page if you're the true follower of Malaysian Metal Madness !
UPDATED (October 1998)
- Batara's 5th issue of Metal Terus zine is out now ! It contains some interviews
with Old-T (the drummer who did the drums on ATHOTORGH, INFECTIOUS MAGGOTS, LANGSUIR, and
lots more, and you'll never know which band he is really in !), other stuffs, bla, bla.
I think it's a great Malay-language fanzine with neat layouts and clear xeroxed. Contact Batara
for further info.
- Batara is also doing a distribution service called Metal Terus Productions. I've forgot the
address which you may contact him directly. Find out the good stuffs in his big lists !
- There's still no talk about LANGSUIR's label which will release their debut album. In a meantime,
you can find out their latest release, the demo and EP put together in CD format.
UPDATED (September 1998)
- There hasn't much news from LANGSUIR except that there was a said about their
full length (which has been awaited for so long). The label is not ready to be
pronounced now. AWAITS FOR THE CRUELTY !
- I am doing some mp3s of LANGSUIR's songs, ranging from their demo and EP plus some
unreleased songs. Come again somewhere in October. (thanks for your patience)
- Again about their latest songs recorded which were dued to be released in Ipoh Metal
Compilation. The compilation is mow ready to launch, but problem occurred concerning the
distribution stuffs. Ultra Hingax Productions is said to handle the distribution now.
- BEWARE OF THOSE WHO CLAIMED THEMSELVES AS AN EX-MEMBER OF LANGSUIR!!! TILL NOW, FEW
PATHETIC DULLHEADS CLAIMED THEMSELVES AS ONE. THE WORST IS IN A LOCAL UNIVERSITY IN NORTHERN
MALAYSIA, CLAIMING HIM AS THE EX-GUITARIST OF LANGSUIR, AND THE STORY GOES WIDE.

NEWS 1998
- Those who wished to hear a new LANGSUIR's song entitled "Descent To The Fire-Breathed"
may download it below. The song will be included in Ipoh Metal Compilation, which will
release anytime from now. You can get the picture of how LANGSUIR's progression over these
years.
- LANGSUIR will be playing in Penang again in July after nearly a year they didn't showed up in any
gigs. It's still in their consideration, but prepare for the darkest eve in 1998 !
- Batara is now handling his own zine named "METAL TERUS". This zine is dedicated to the true
metal souls which deserved the exposure, no sensitive issues, no anti-government's harassment,
only pure metal music with quality print-out.
- I'm now trying to have all of their songs ready in realaudio format.
- Lyrics for "The Eastern Cruelty" EP will be ready in a few days. I'm also waiting for their
new songs and lyrics which will be featured in the compilation.
